Garlic Powder is surprisingly easy to make! There are multiple ways to store garlic, you might freeze them, you might make garlic paste, or you can make garlic powder! Making garlic powder is an interesting option. Not only is it easier to store, it is easy to use too! No more peeling and chopping garlic!
The only ingredient required is garlic, lots of it!
Peel off, and chop the garlic in relatively similar sized pieces. Spread them in the baking tray.
The garlic needs to be dehydrated, not baked. So, preheat the oven at the lowest possible temperature, around 75 degrees Celsius, till it is nicely toasted.
Stir the garlic in the tray in between to prevent over toasting.
Grind the toasted garlic to required consistency.
